Refund and Returns Policy

At KiroKids — Turning Curiosity into Habit, we aim to be transparent and fair with our policies.

Subscriptions

  • Subscription fees are non-refundable once the service has started.
  • You may cancel anytime; the subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

Books & Exchanges

  • Books should be returned in reasonable condition. Normal reading wear is acceptable.
  • In case of loss or major damage, a replacement fee may apply.
  • Book exchanges are allowed as per your selected subscription plan.

Delivery & Pickup (Third-Party Partners)

  • Deliveries and pickups are handled through trusted third-party delivery partners.
  • While we ensure careful packing, delivery timelines may vary due to factors beyond our control.
  • KiroKids is not responsible for delays caused by logistics partners, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect book or kit, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement.
  • Failed deliveries or pickups due to incorrect address or unavailability may attract additional charges.

Sessions

  • Missed story or vocabulary sessions are non-refundable.
  • If a session is cancelled by KiroKids, it will be rescheduled.

Habit-Building Kits

  • Habit-building kits are non-returnable, unless received damaged (must be reported within 24 hours).

Refund Exceptions

  • Refunds are considered only in rare cases such as duplicate payments or technical issues.
